ROS 1 Rearrangements
• Found in < 1% of lung adenocarcinomas.
• Most common in young patients, never smokers.
• Drugs used to treat ALK+ tumours including crizotinb, ceritinib and
lorlatinib have also shown marked activity in ROS1+1.
