Why is M0 CRPC important?

Men with M0 CRPC + PSA-DT <8-10 months

are at significant

risk for M1

disease and PCa-

specific death.

Metastases are a major cause of

morbidity

and

mortality

.

There are

no approved

treatments for patients

with M0 CRPC.

Prevention of M1 represents an important

unmet medical need

in these patients.
