Dexamethasone sparing implications:

associated with a significant loss in overall antiemetic control in QME
or AC-containing chemotherapy in 5 trials
– 1 Large study indicates the same result in patients given Cisplatin
• These findings allow for greater patient ease in adhering to
antiemetic regimens, and with less exposure to potential side-effects
